Product Specifications:
Hickory Mountain Farm is a new farm in Chatham County, NC; a joint effort between Keenan McDonald (Duck Run Farm) and Dallas Hurley (Country Farm & Home), this farm is setting up and laying the groundwork for an exciting, diverse farming project. We've been deeply involved in the process of converting cow pasture into acres of new garden beds - with bottom plow, disc, tiller, hands and the industrious help of our Tamworth/Hampshire pigs. Hickory Mountain Farm offers naturally-raised, pastured beef, poultry (including chicken & turkey), pork, goat, free-range duck & chicken eggs, and an extensive array of sustainably-raised produce.
