Tarheel Mushrooms specializes in the the local spawning and growth of gourmet oyster mushrooms. We currently deliver to our immediate area and sell mushroom products at local Farmers markets. During the warm months of the year we are also certified to grow and sell Malabar spinach.

Special Services:
Our dried mushroom products are gaining popularity. We sell and deliver by hand or mail. One pound of dried oyster mushrooms will have a longer shelf life than refrigerated freshly picked mushrooms. Both are great!
